Internship Amsterdam / Berlin

Location: Amsterdam / Berlin

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and curious interns in Amsterdam and Berlin to join our team and help us manage our models, content, and creative projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keep our model portfolios up to date — follow up on shoots, collect new material, and upload fresh content
  • Review monthly polaroids and make sure the best shots shine on our website
  • Maintain and update our talent database — measurements, contact details, contracts, and images
  • Research and connect with photographers for test shoots
  • Spot new brands, clients, and creative opportunities for us to explore
  • Support our content planning — help with scheduling posts and brainstorming ideas for social media

What We’re Looking For

  • A sharp eye for detail and a love for organization
  • Curiosity for the fashion and creative industries
  • Comfortable with digital tools and social media
  • A proactive team player who’s eager to learn and contribute

PART TIME OFFICE MANAGER

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in finance and office administration?

We’re looking for a Part-Time Office Manager to join our talent agency!

🔹 Location: AMSTERDAM, Netherland.

🔹 Hours: 2-3 days per week – FIXED DATES weekly

🔹 When: As soon as possible

FLUENT IN DUTCH – PERFECT ENGLISH

Your Role:

As our Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our back office, finance administration, communication with clients and Talents and invoicing processes. You will collaborate closely with our team and accounting firm to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage the invoicing process – send invoices to clients

✅ Manage all communication with talents about payment and send payment notices

✅ Organise weekly batch payments on EXACT (accounting software)

✅ Oversee bookkeeping and financial admin tasks

✅ Weekly reporting

✅ Ensure timely payments by tracking deadlines and sending reminders to clients

✅ Align with our accounting team to streamline financial processes

✅ Reorganize and optimize the back-office workflow

✅ Handle small administrative and bookkeeping tasks

✅ Payroll + admin on NMBRS

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Strong organizational skills and ability to streamline processes

✔️ Clear and professional communication

✔️ Experience with accounting software (EXACT or similar)

✔️ Knowledge of finance administration, invoicing, and bookkeeping

✔️ Excellent english and Dutch

✔️ Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines

✔️ Previous experience in an accounting firm or as an office manager.
