The Role
We’re looking for a remote Freelance Model Booker to join our team and help drive bookings, build client relationships, and create new opportunities for our roster.
This is a highly commercial and relationship-driven role for someone who understands the fashion industry and enjoys being at the centre of it. You’ll be speaking with brands, casting directors, production companies, photographers, stylists, and agencies across Europe, identifying opportunities and matching the right models to the right projects.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally proactive, commercially minded, and confident building relationships. Someone who enjoys connecting people, spotting opportunities, negotiating deals, and making things happen.
You won’t be waiting for opportunities to land in your inbox. You’ll actively build relationships, develop new business, and ensure our models are consistently being considered for the best projects in the market.
Who You Are
You have experience within fashion, modelling, luxury, beauty, or a related creative industry, ideally in booking, sales, partnerships, casting, account management, or agency environments.
You are an excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills. You’re confident speaking to clients, comfortable negotiating, and know how to build trust quickly.
You are commercially aware and naturally opportunity-focused. You enjoy developing client relationships, identifying potential collaborations, and turning conversations into bookings.
Most importantly, you’re assertive, proactive, and driven. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are not afraid to pick up the phone, and take ownership of your work.
