Our philosophy is to embrace real selves, promote healthy talents and include all body types, every nationality, culture and story. Because we are all different and there is not one possible standard type.

With 14 years of experience in the fashion industry, founder Lou Renard has organically created a hybrid Agency, operating from Berlin and Amsterdam with international clients and talents alike.

Curating the LET IT GO board with extreme care, we propose edgy and professional models who cultivate integrity and healthy body-image/ self esteem.

We propose tailored castings to our clients and work closely in order to match their project vision with our talents.
