Let It Go MGMT Payment Terms

Our payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice. Late payments will incur extra charges at 5% per week of total invoice amount. Please note VAT is excluded in all rates so will be added at 21% on top for all NL companies. 

• Day rates are based on an 8 hour day between 9am – 5pm or 10am-6pm
• Overtime will be charged at time and a half after 8 hours. 10% of the day fee
• Cancelations: All confirmed bookings cancelled less than 3 working days notice will be charged at the full rate. Confirmed bookings cancelled within 5 days will be charged at 50%.
• If clients option a model and are not in a position to confirm the booking when another client’s is ready to do so then the agency have the right to remove the option in favour of the confirmed booking.
• Failure to confirm the budget in advance of the booking will mean that the terms and its contents have been acknowledged and accepted by the client. It is our client’s responsibility to make themselves aware of the full terms and conditions of the agency.

ALL TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION BOOKED AND PAID FOR ON BEHALF OF THE CLIENT BY LET IT GO WILL CARRY AN AUTOMATIC 20% ADMIN / BOOKING FEE.

No nudity or underwear shoots unless communicated and agreed before the shoot with the Agency and Model.
